veils and valentines.

Happy Valentines Day ya’ll!

Before I show you the photos below I wanted to tell you about my Valentine’s day plans :)

Josh and I are going to have dinner at the beach and then go see “The Vow”…I won’t be surprised if a lot of you that are reading this are going to see the same movie tonight, but I read the book and I am interested to see what “Hollywood’s” take on it is since the book is so spiritually inspirational….and I wouldn’t mind seeing Channing Tatum…haha, what girl wouldn’t?

Then tomorrow I am taking a trip to Palm Springs, California with the family! I can’t wait. I’m looking forward to chilling out in the sun and then doing little shopping therapy while Dad and Jason go to the OTR (Off the road tire) conference. I will attempt making my first “vlog” of my journey there and post it when I come back. So be looking out for it soon!

Speaking of videos, I think you should check this one out if you haven’t already…

Eddie Evans of Evan’s Florist talks about what they are offering for Valentine’s Day! Call them today to surprise your Valentine with a gift that means so much. They offer beautiful arranged flowers, stuffed animals and even potted plants. They are super professional and friendly, you’ll miss out if you don’t choose them. Check out the video for more info.

Now it’s time to view some photos of Daven. I have known since she was a baby and she has grown into a beautiful girl. Her mom, Crissy, had the idea of letting Daven wear her wedding veil and then showcasing the photo when Daven gets married someday. Such an awesome idea, right? I was able to use Charlie & Susan Creighton’s enchanting historical home as the venue. I was so excited and had so many ideas for the session and turned out taking as many as 500 photos total! How couldn’t you with an amazing court yard, exquisite decor, winding stairwells, enormous windows, and a beautifully patterned floor…I mean, this is a photographer’s dream! Plus I had a beautiful little girl and her gorgeous mother to photograph. This was set up as a dream session….and it was. I hope you enjoy the photos below. :)
